Pre course and study visits - Early bird and regular the same : € 80 (incl. 21% VAT).
For the upcoming EAMHID congress, a certain amount of different scholarships are available. These
include a waiver of the conference fees, support for the conference dinner of the payment of a
travel allowance of € 150.
Eligible to apply are students*, people whose main residence is in a low-income country ** and
people with disabilities ***. A copy of the relevant proof must be enclosed with the application.
The deadline for submitting applications for the scholarship is April 30th 2025.
Decisions will be announced from May 2025.

On 18/09, we are organizing a tour in small groups to explore the centre of Ghent. Discover the city
through the eyes of a local Gentenaar with a disability and experience Ghent in a unique way.
Alongside personal stories, you will also hear interesting facts from a guide about some of the
city's most valuable buildings.
When: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
The meeting point is at 7:00 PM at ICC.
